Valerie from Sweeps4Bloggers is giving away a 10 DVD Set, called Supreme 90 Day. They are workout videos and very much appeal to me. Since I'm in the process of dieting and losing weight, this would be awesome to win. It's a 90 day program, hence the name. It includes a meal plan booklet, which is cool. It also includes a calendar that tells you which days of the 90 to be using which dvds and which days you should be resting! That is so cool to have it planned out fully for all 90 days! I have trouble sticking to workouts and such, so having it all set up for me, would help me stick to it! Plus it sounds like it has much more variety since there are 10 DVD's!!!
