Valerie from Sweeps 4 Bloggers, is holding a giveaway for some Teamotions Tea. It's tea that are supposed to help your mood or help you achieve certain feelings. There are Achieve Clarity, Discover Joy, Seek Peace, Have Hope, Enjoy Rest, Find Strength. They are in different and unusual flavors. Some sound so yummy, some not so much. I want to try Discover Joy, which is Lemon Vanilla Green Tea, and also Find Strength, which is Passion Fruit Jasmine Green Tea. Most of them sound so yummy though. I'm not so sure if I would enjoy the taste of Enjoy Rest, but if it worked, I am sure I would drink it. It sounds like it would definitely help you sleep!
